SolarShield Retractable Awnings is a brand of Solar Shield, LLC, a manufacturer of retractable awnings located at 323 Clark Street, P.O. Box 579, Milldale, CT 06467. We sell wholesale through an authorized dealer network.

Inquiries and dealer referrals

Information requested through this website or by phone is free and carries no obligation. SolarShield Retractable Awnings sells through authorized dealers rather than directly to homeowners; inquiries we receive may be routed to the dealer covering your area. Pricing, availability, and project timelines discussed before a written quote are preliminary and become binding only when set out in a written quote or contract signed by the parties.

SMS/Text message program

You consent to receive text messages from SolarShield Retractable Awnings when you check an SMS consent box on one of our website forms, text us first, or agree verbally during a call. Providing a phone number by itself does not enroll you in text messages. Depending on the consent you give, messages may include replies to your inquiries, coordination of a dealer referral, quote and order updates, and dealer account notifications.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can do business with us without agreeing to receive texts.
• Message frequency varies depending on your requests and account activity (up to 4 messages per month).
• Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier’s plan.
• Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again.

• Your number stays with us. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile numbers collected for SMS are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
