Warranty
Coverage, and how a claim actually works
Warranty documentation is supplied with your dealer agreement and with your order. Contact us or your dealer for the current terms.
Published terms pending
Ask us for the terms — we would rather be exact
The warranty that applies to your awning is the documentation supplied with that order. We would rather give you the exact terms than publish a single figure here.
Dealers: your terms are supplied with your dealer agreement.
Homeowners and business owners: your installing dealer holds the paperwork for your job. If you cannot reach them, call us and we will help you find the dealer covering your area.
Making a claim
- 01
Contact the installing dealer first
Your dealer measured, quoted, and installed the awning, and holds the job record. They are the fastest route to a resolution on anything.
- 02
Your dealer raises it with us
Your dealer contacts us with the order details and photographs of the issue.
- 03
We assess and resolve
We review it against the terms supplied with that order and confirm the outcome with your dealer, who coordinates with you.
Exclusions
Exclusions apply and are set out in the terms supplied with your order. Ask us or your dealer for the current documentation.
The one thing that prevents most claims
Retract the awning in high wind. A lateral-arm awning is a sail, and wind is the most common cause of damage to one. A wind sensor retracts it automatically and is inexpensive relative to the assembly it protects — ask your dealer to quote one.
